Raynaud’s Natural Remedies

Try these Raynaud’s natural remedies. Raynaud’s is a circulatory disease that affects the hands and feet. It produces pain and tingling. The other signs include the fingers or toes turn white, red and then blue. Raynaud’s is most prominent in women starting in the teen years and progresses from there. Symptoms of Raynaud’s are much worse in those who smoke or those who are stressed. Causes often come from smoking or from injury due to vibrating equipment.

The medical community treats Raynaud’s with circulatory medicines which can keep symptoms under check (Band-Aid effect) and may come with side effects.

Naturally, we need to find a way to reduce stress and improve circulation with a combination of cell salt, herbs, nutrition, and homeopathic medicines. Results take from three to six months, so be patient.

The most important thing you can do is to stop smoking as it is a major cause. Also remove most alcohol, coffee and black tea. It is also important to exercise regularly to promote good circulation.

Make sure you get an exact diagnosis as it may look like Buerger’s disease or other problems.

Supplements for Raynaud’s include:

Grape seed extract (200mg per day) for connective tissue health.

B-Complex – to help reduce stress.

Fish oil (6,000mg per day) – a good source of omegas.

CoQ10 (200mg per day) – for circulatory health.

Natural Healing Protocol — First, choose an herb. Then add a cell salt or cell salt solution. Finally, choose the homeopathic remedy that fits your situation best. Combining supplements will do more to support your body’s ability to function properly than using just one. Your ability to heal will depend on the severity and length of time symptoms have been present.
