Excessive Sweating Natural Remedies

Use these excessive sweating natural remedies for long lasting relief. Hand sweat, particularly of the palms is the most disturbing as it can affect one’s work, especially if they use their hands frequently. Severe armpit sweating can create smells, and spots as well as salt buildup on clothing. Foot sweat can also disturb work and can cause social problems as it can be very stinky.

Causes – mostly from stress and nervous disorders, but may be a result of metabolic, circulatory, hormonal, cancer, or obesity disorders.

Antiperspirants used for excessive sweating disturb the natural flow of sweat and get absorbed into the body. The most effective ones contain aluminum or other toxic chemicals that may eventually poison the body. These chemicals may also irritate the skin and cause rashes, hives, dermatitis, and more. Medications including anti-histamines or other drugs can cause pressure on the eyes (glaucoma) or dry up the bodily fluids in general. This can lead to dental cavities, dry mouth, etc.

More severe measures for excessive sweating include surgery. Just remember the body needs the sweat glands. We just need to help them function to the normal standard. Common sense suggestions include changing clothes frequently, reducing stress, and finding the underlying causes and treating them.

From the natural perspective, excessive sweating may include issues of stress or grief. They may also include poor regulation of the kidney energy as it influences the water of the body. The Chinese also see the lungs as the skin water regulators.

Natural Healing Protocol — First, choose an herb. Then add a cell salt or cell salt solution. Finally, choose the homeopathic remedy that fits your situation best. Combining supplements will do more to support your body’s ability to function properly than using just one. Your ability to heal will depend on the severity and length of time symptoms have been present.
